VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
To volunteer within DVUSD schools,
you must be DVUSD trained
TEAM TORO
Lend a hand to teachers by copying, laminating, and/or cutting materials. Time slots are listed in the signup from 10am-1pm, but we welcome you to join for as much or little time as your schedule allows. This is a very flexible volunteer opportunity!
• Volunteer opportunities are Tuesdays and Thursdays to make copies, laminate, etc.
• The amount of copy center help needed varies.
• For your first volunteer shift, email [email protected] to request your Team Toro intro!
• Must be DVUSD volunteer trained.
LUNCHROOM
The Union Park lunchroom needs daily volunteers to assist with ensuring lunchtime flows smoothly and efficiently. Lunchtime volunteers are always needed and appreciated! These volunteers are invaluable to our lunchroom team!
• Volunteers must be DVUSD Volunteer Trained.
Upcoming PTSA Events
TIE DYE FUNDRAISER
Date: Monday, November 18
Time: 4:30-6:30
Union Park School
– Set up
– Helping students get their prepaid kits
– Helping with rubber banding
– Helping with the actual tie-dye process
– Getting their items into a zip lock back and giving them a printout of instructions
– Clean up
– Extra folding tables (6foot)
• Volunteers must be DVUSD Volunteer Trained.
LOTERIA
Date: Friday, November 25
Time: 4:00-8:00 (the actual event is 5-7)
